Equipment Purpose and Function
This high-speed integrated production line is custom-designed for plastic bottle cap processing, featuring ring-cutting and flanging operations. The system handles varying cap dimensions and consists of four major components: cap storage hopper conveyor, cascade cap sorter, ring-cutting machine, and flanging machine. It efficiently cuts connecting bridges according to design specifications while maintaining tamper-evident integrity and ensuring easy ring separation.
