Bottle Sorting Machine Overview
This machine organizes randomly stacked PET bottles through an automated process. Disorganized bottles are conveyed by an elevator into the machine's storage ring, where they are propelled by the turntable and self-align within bottle compartments. Through bottle flipping and guiding mechanisms, bottles are oriented upright with necks upward and transported via an air-conveying system to the next process.
The main body is constructed from high-grade stainless steel, with other components made from non-toxic, durable materials. Electrical and pneumatic systems incorporate imported components where applicable. The entire operation is controlled by PLC programming, ensuring low failure rates and high reliability.
